Customer service got back to me quickly and sorted out my order issue without much hassle. Really appreciated how easy it was, and I’d definitely use them again.

It actually got here sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I remember checking the tracking thinking it would be another couple days, and then it was already at my door. Packaging looked fine too, no crushed corners or anything.

My candy arrived in great shape, which was a nice surprise. Compared to other orders I’ve gotten where things show up crushed or half-melted, this one was really well packed. The box felt sturdy, nothing was smashed, and you could tell they put some care into it.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t paying much attention to every little detail—I mostly just wanted to know if the candy tasted fresh. And it did. Everything I tried was soft and fresh, with no stale pieces in the bunch...

The site was really easy to get around. I trusted my instinct, clicked where I thought I should, and found what I needed quickly.

I was browsing Candy Nation the other day, or maybe it was last weekend, trying to grab some old school candies I used to love. A bunch of the ones I clicked on ended up being out of stock, which was a letdown.

What made it a little frustrating was that they still showed up while I was shopping, so I’d get excited seeing something I remembered from way back, click it, and then find out I couldn’t actually buy it.
I did manage to find a couple things, but not really enough to justify placing an order. Hopefully they restock more regularly, because I’d definitely come back if more of the classic stuff was available.

I was kind of hoping for a bigger selection, especially some fun or harder-to-find candies, but it felt limited to me. There were a lot of the same basic sweets, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s probably fine. I just kept wondering if I was missing another section or something, because I expected a bit more variety. Not terrible, just a little disappointing if you’re browsing and hoping to find something different

I know it sounds like a basic thing to praise, but my order from Candy Nation showed up packed correctly and nothing was missing. I got the exact candy and the amounts I chose, which I appreciated. People can nitpick online orders all they want, but this was simple, accurate, and exactly what I needed. I’d order again.
